Guest Basher_tsv Guests Posted 04/04/04 11:48 PM Share Posted 04/04/04 11:48 PM No nothing like this in a ute that I have been able to see ...I just went with a simple single 12" Eclipse system and it goes nice. Is this a show car ? I like the trim to the roof.Utes have the optional pass. airbag ... KAL have you got it set up so the cover can be put back on so as to hide the dvd and keep the sun off ? Good anti-theft as well - out of sight. That is my plan.Nice work! PICS!Cheers,B.

I hope you duck when that bloody thing fires. I wonder if anyone has ever checked to see if these very loud systems lower the tensile strength of steel on a molecular level ?

I have done an XR8 with 2 12s only to find that the bass is crap , I figure the head unit has a high pass filter built in to protect the factory speakers. Another ute I have done with factory deck and 4 aftermarket speakers with new 4 channel amp absolutely cranked althouhg no sub in this system. Anyone had the same experience ? You might find it has a separate output just for the sub.

Ie the Thiele-Small Parameters? Things to look for are Qes, Qms, Fs, F3, Vas etc.If you could PM them to me or post them it would be much appreciated.Cheers,Brendan

Box is bout 48L which is to small but Im sure you can tell that space is limited to say the least. Specs can be found on Pioneer website if you want details bout the sub.
