Update. Put in new cam solenoids and also removed the cam caps and cleaned the filters on there..and so far so good no code has come back .....so looks like it was either the solenoid or the cam filters

Check the resistance across the terminals. I found a similar issue with a VE V6 olden a while back, solenoids measured half the resistance and was showing half the cam timing, or something like that.

I'll check resistance and see what they are.

 

Car now does go better. It's throws U back in seat when it's comming on boost now. And smoother when over taking from say 90kph to 110  just acceleration at that sort of speed is much more smoother
