I'm currently running a 460 intank pump but going to install a surge tank soon. Would the plazmaman twin pierburg setup and fuel reg be overkill for 600-650whp on E85, and 500whp on 98? I was originally thinking of the PW single pump setup but saw that the plazzy twin pump system was about the same price. Just wasn't sure if people have issues when the demand is far less than the capability of the setup.

If I were doing a fuel system again I'd look at newer technology

E85 and boosted are the options you need to tick.

Cost aside, is there any downside to going with a larger setup than needed and having redundancy? I'll be upgrading the turbo with external gate due to boost control issues so wanted to do the fuel system at the same time for peace of mind when WOT under half to 1/3 of a tank.
