Put the Caprice on the dyno today to dial in some sub 3000rpm driving. I had put methanol in the tank a while ago and as such it needed a touch up, now that it is running 98 again. Did a power run for sh*ts and giggles and it made 308rwkw.

It's a shame we didn't get a chance to jog your caprice against my :pooh:-box :) would have made for an interesting jog, power-to-weight wise (I'm sure you would have won, but not by a lot).

Shed bits arrived/arriving/assembled today/soon?

My car goes 40kph quicker to where you lifted, it would have been a complete massacre :launch:

Shed was delivered last Thursday, they're starting work on Tuesday, forecast is 43C so it'll be 48 lol

you have to remember my car doesn't read "over" it reads "under" so when I said it hit a reasonable speed, you wouldn't have been that far in front :stirthepot: all good, my car's slow AF but that's why the driveline stays mostly in one piece haha

Haha ok, maybe we can do a mid year roll/drag race cruise to Tailem Bend and see what's up?! Get that OBD2 port fixed so it can be tuned, then you might have a chance :P

Shed update, compacted the base today. It looks nice and flat, I was gonna check it with the laser but I forgot. I'll check tomorrow, hopefully I've done a decent job, I think it is.

Whenever the weather is cool enough I'm going to spend some time dialling in the wot fuel. I also need to insert the wideband data into the logs. It won't make much more power, but it's a part of tuning that needs to happen, that I've been putting off.
