I've had the latest 30 update and no joy... still got the issue of almost stalling. took it back a week after the update about the same problem (oh and they didn't have time to fit my water pump sleeve on the original visit which is the primary reason it was in there in the first place at 7am...) and they said that it had no codes and should be sweet. it appears to me that it is even worse now I.e happening more often, than after the update. looks to me like all they did was disconnect the battery (all my trip computer readings etc have been reset) and are hoping for the best.

not happy

would be worth checking if they did in fact do the cal update! This should be logged in the Ford service records relating to your T as they will be claiming on the FMC warranty system for the time and they should be able to provide you with a print out. Should also be on the service/warranty docket and also the tag attached to your PCM should have been annotated, although they may not be very consistent with this bit.

New throttle body has been in for nearly 2 weeks now and I have not had any hint of stalling nor rough idle, I love my car again!! :banghead:

Well done Jimmy.

Still no joy... does it just as consistently as before the 'fix'.... seems to be a pattern emerging with these 'fixes'.

Rang them back last week and they want me to bring it in when it is playing-up so they can road test it..... would have thought that they would have road tested it previously, or do they just plug 'er in, upload the info and hope for the best. I'll take it in and see how we go.

Question: Have all you guys that are having stalling problems had mods done to your T? The reason I ask, is I had APS stage 1 kit installed a couple of weeks ago and idle has been a bit rough when pulling up :ermm: .

Today for some reason, the car stalled (1st time) 3 or 4 times. It might have something to do with the colder weather today here in Sydney. Prior to my upgrade I had no idling problems whatsoever.

makes you wonder, if the car is NOT stalling in the first place, will these updates cause it to start stalling ?
