I've reused mine plenty of times with no issues. Be sure to use the right size etorx socket so you don't wreck the head. 60 to 65lbft to do them up.

Best way to be sure is to check the specification of the bolts and the torque specification for it's application and if it exceeds the yield point then you know it's "stretched" and not re-usable... if it doesn't stretch  then it's re-usable

True, you do need a "before" measurement to know if it has actually stretched, and of course very accurate measuring equipment... but I'm not asking to measure it, I'm saying to check the specification and ASSUME it has stretched if it exceeds the yield point and in that case throw out and replace them... if it doesn't exceed that point, then re-use them. No measurement required.

The general consensus from various spec sheets is 50 to 60lbft is about 75% of the bolts maximum, assuming they are a grade 10.9 bolt. Kinda wide range there but good enough for me. Haha I suppose I could go out there and see how strong they actually are but cbf right now. Also I'd have to find a farked cam or two to snap it off in, so I'd only have a few tries, plus I like to keep those kinda bolts....my precious :sofa:
