Breather hose pcv hose than random other hole

So just replaced my pcv valve woth the metal one and noticed right next to it is another opening that looks similar to the breather hole near the front of the engine that inserts into intake..what on earth is the third hole for

@Puffwagon I have a new garrett gen 1 and gen 2 gtx3582r supercores in my shed, which one should I put on for running 98 octane only. Thought id shoot for 420-430 rwkw. Need to keep rods in motor, so kinda thinking gen2 could be better bet because it will spool a bit later with its 66mm fan.

You're talking about the metal bit poking through the coil cover? That's not a hole, it's the provision for the stock turbo crossover pipe to attach to.
