Hi Guy's

I believe the vehicle had Bosch injectors fitted .

The car ran fine until the Turbo started to make a bad grinding noise so I replaced the turbo with one of a fg F6 .

Once fitted have had nothing but trouble with the car or I should say since it has been tuned to suit the new turbo .

The injectors were replaced at Heinrich performance after being told that the one's I had were no good funny

thing is that it ran fine before the turbo swap so just wondering if they were just plucking at straws to get it to run

at my expense ??

Has anyone had their vehicle done at Lmg in warner town or have anything good to say about them working on turbo ford's ??

Hi Skids4kids not sure what you mean by data logging sorry mate but vehicle has had multiple tunes now and have to pay each time

where has the professionalism gone where I should be paying each time for the tune when they don't get it right !!!

If I have no luck locally in the next few weeks will try and get it into Pit Lane in Victoria anyone had dealings with them Good /Bad ??

Have you spoken to him face to face about being unhappy with paying for tunes that aren't up to scratch?

Data logging is acquiring live data driving around/on the dyno and then going over it for abnormalities/trends.

I found a straight to the point approach none of this matey mate bullsh*t...just tell the bloke you want the car tuned killer or you will go elsewhere...trust me when I say extra effort may go into it and ultimately a happy customer the end result.

Is it a issue when warm more so?

What injectors were used exactly and how much were they?

Were they BOSCH from say a injector place or modified BOSCH from KPM or similar?

SA suspension without a doubt mate, we used to get all our gear from there and they really know their stuff !

All sorted now thanks mate.

Guys at SA Suspension were awesome.

Took it back after a 1000km to check up too - all good.

Went superpro solids (replaced everything) and bilstein shocks. Totally different car.

It's at Morpowa now, fair bit happening:

GTX3582 turbo

1000cc EV14 injectors

Nizpro 4" system

Valve springs

In tank pump

Twin 044 pump surge tank

Fuel regulator

Hdi cooler (already installed)

Built tail shaft

Any guesses what it'll put out?

It's a manual FG F6

Yeah I liked the 'no farkarsing around' at sa suspension. Will def go back there.

Morpower tuning on 98?

If so, I'm guessing close to 400

Make sure the surge is fairly well hidden from view coz I know of 2 cars that got canaried in the last cupla months

Sorry Guy's for the Late reply been Away with work .

Happy to say ute is running Awesome now after a no Bull S**T talk to Simon at Morpowa .

Found multiple issues with the vehicle after Heinrich performance stuffed the tune multiple

times and pinched O rings in the new injectors they replaced !!!

Ute now running 354kw @ rear wheels and idles and performs Awesome .

Thanks for all the Advice guy's .

And a big thankyou to Morpowa for you professionalism .
