Nah I just looked at the cracks. You gotta mark how far the bushes are pressed in before removal but a lot of the time you can get info on how far they should be pressed in anyway.

5-7mm according to the instructions that came with my Superpro kit.

Common view seems to be to go with the Superpro hybrid for much better longevity than the factory ones.

Subject to how long you plan on keeping the car - check everything else out too. Bushes or replacement arms are relatively cheap compared to the labour to pull the cradle a second or third time. My upper arms have flogged bushes as well as my diff bushes so am going to do it all at once. Doing the lower control arms as well

I went with the superpro kit the old ones where easy to get out they had a plastic outer. Whole job took a little over 3 hours.. I just did it at work... having a hoist and a transmission jack makes things so much easier. All the rose joints and other bushes seem pretty good. Raised the rear 10mm cause it's to low. Did an alignment camber and caster, still a little bit of camber I just gave it 1.5mm toe in ... it was 17.3mm toe out its feeling like a new car

Nice work and good to hear.

I reckon I'll take a bit more than that in the driveway!
