It's a 2015 Territory Titanium which I don't think should be too dissimilar to the FGX Falcon. The problem it's having is no sound output whatsoever. Everything else on the ICC unit seems to work apart from sound output regardless of source or volume level. I can confirm it has worked fine before but up until a week or so ago there was a "pop" sound which occurred mid-use and the sound output totally died afterwards. I have tried to reset to factory settings and even tried the battery disconnect trick to no avail. Dashboard and engine bay fuses still look okay. Any idea what this might possibly have caused this and where else to look? How "repairable" are these units? Thanks in advance.
