Has anyone upgraded the rear brakes beyond the OEM 1POT? As I know Ford never gave the option to upgrade the rear brakes as it apparently causes some issues. I've read from other forums that a few blokes have done it without issue but no first hand answers. Has anyone in this community done the above upgrades in their Falcon Ute? Obviously different, but no issues Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/97046-6pot4pot-brake-upgrade-ute/#findComment-1720183 Share on other sites

Works great, no issues. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/97046-6pot4pot-brake-upgrade-ute/#findComment-1720184 Share on other sites

I heard there were issues with having big brakes on the rear Ute's in the wet locking up. But if you haven't had any issues = happy days! I'll post pics when they're on... Best advice I can give, is buy good pads (Project Mu, or similar). 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/97046-6pot4pot-brake-upgrade-ute/#findComment-1722816 Share on other sites

I can say the braking is awesome!! Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/97046-6pot4pot-brake-upgrade-ute/#findComment-1722818 Share on other sites
