Heading back to my tuner to step up the power level soon and wondering at what point tyre selection is going to give the dyno man a hard time or affect results?

Aiming for 400kw, I have a set of taller 17" 225 LT Van tyres (daily work horse with 800kg loaded tool canopy) and Nankang 245 Semi's on the factory 19"s. Neither I'm assuming would be optimal on a chassie dyno?

Or there's the old dinged up 19"s with 10% tread trailer tyres.

How it's strapped will dictate whether it slips. The dyno is a tuning tool so variability between tyres doesn't matter. Just go in with your usual setup and it'll be fine.

Cheers Puff!
If that's the case I'm pretty sure Joe will keep her strapped down no problem.
