fox1972 Member 47 Member For: 6y 2m 6d Posted 05/07/23 12:06 PM Author Share Posted 05/07/23 12:06 PM Remember, I'm chasing 500rwts + thus will require a forged bottom end. For simple peace of mind. It just makes it more convenient now that I can build a long engine rather than a short engine.

Because you got it cheap it's worth it, much more money and you're better off using atomic stainless valves in an na head. I'd better go back and read the previous pages to remind myself what you're up to again Edited 05/07/23 12:12 PM by Puffwagon Added an s to pages

It would have cost me....anywhere between 800-1200 dollars for incotel valves for the standard head. I figured it was cheaper as the nearest cheapest turbo head was around $1200 on average. I got the exhaust as well.....😁

So not long till it's ready to go ay? Much wait at the machine shop?

Then I'll get clint at profile to retune it. They will be used on the new engine.
