Was curious what else I would have to do to make more power 400-450kw, the current mods are as follows 6boost manifold 4” exhaust gtx3584rs turbo pulsar intercooler 45ml external gate 1000cc injectors wahlbro 450 fuel pump gfb fpr turbo side intake Valve springs oil pump gears

Literally only a fuel change and a tune should be all you need.

Do you have any info on the last tune? Why did they stop at 380kw? Head studs maybe? I don't believe you need them to get to 400kw, but I'd recommend getting them done just for piece of mind really. 450kw you're pushing the limits on 98, I'd switch to e85 if you're chasing more than 400-410kw I'd say Have a read through some threads in the "400+ Club" to see what other peoples setups were to achieve 400+kw. https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/forum/152-400-club/ Shameless plug of mine 😏 Edited 22/05/23 12:55 AM by biddie_fiddler 450kw probably requires e85

A hub dyno will give 10% inflated numbers but at the end of the day it's just a different way of measuring the same thing. 380rwkw is the upper safe limit of 98 for the most part.
