Ford fg xr6 revs bouncing/ not stable

Wondering if anyone knows the problem 

When cruising I noticed when I try to steady the rpm its slightly bounces/ shaky it also does it in park but it’s only is between 20/30 rpm doesn’t do while idling  wondering if it’s a common problem

Get a rag and some cleaner and give the throttle body a clean. Hold the butterfly open and get it spotless. Good a place as any to start.

Just did that today and  didn’t make a difference also clean the spark plugs there the original ford ones

You would need to scan/log it while the issue is present to see what is actually happening with the car. It won't hurt to put a set of new plugs in it if they are old. Farked plugs have a bigger gap which in turn puts more load into the coils which then sh*t themselves. Preventative maintenance is a good thing.

I’ve put a ob-ll connector into it and came up with no codes I might get some new plugs but

You can log the car with Forscan, it's free. Then you can see what is causing the erratic running, whether it's the throttle blade moving or the timing jumping around, and then work out why it is doing it. Aren't cars fun?!
