k31th less WHY; more WOT Site Developer 29,181 Member For: 16y 9m 20d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 28/10/22 03:36 AM Share Posted 28/10/22 03:36 AM could be a collapsed cat... e.g. with a small amount of flow (lower revs) it doesn't obstruct the flow but once it gets into higher revs with the same boost level there's more air flowing through per second and it gets blocked a bit so the turbo gets more backpressure and spikes the boost up higher than it should... only a guess, though.
