Have a BF 2007 XR6 Turbo ute been having trans issue with ZF 6 speed. Have had trouble with changing from 1-2 shift, car sometimes goes into limp mode after first drive after start up. Car has just been dropped off to Norwood Automatics at Thebarton. Suspect is solenoid issue. Will change all rubbers and solenoids and see how she goes.....engine mounts also to be replaced due to engine wanting to move around a bit..... Will keep everyone posted for results.... They knew less about the zf than I did a year ago. In saying that swapping seals and solenoids isn't anything like an actual rebuild.

They are a trans and converter shop, what they aren't is a performance zf shop. In Adelaide, Jeturbo can arrange a build and tune it to suit any amount of power, within reason. Other places here can build a box but I'd recommend interstate specialists, as they have the runs on the board to support the product.

All have been coupled up with my Tune or he doesn’t warrant them which is fair. Yeh he’s not done massive spec builds but for 90% of punters he’s stuff will be well suited and over time will only get better Correct, I only rate interstate builds with the highest regard
