Jayden7676 Member 78 Member For: 2y 8m 18d Posted 17/06/22 03:08 AM Share Posted 17/06/22 03:08 AM (edited) Hey I have a 2009 fg turbo , now I've got a 4 inch 4 inch high flow cat to 2.5 cat back from xforce was just the 2.5 kit , had injectors done 1000cc , fule pump and reg , intercooler , bigger rare housing and flapper and port on a new garrett 50 stock turbo ,had it tuned 302kw at 580nm , but since the exhaust has been on before tune nothing but issues , won't stop going limp mode some times lasts 10 mins some times lasts 5 secconds , had codes showing for waste gate close failure and a 02 code . With the new acuator and turbo thought it'd of solved atleast the waste gate issue , any ideas Edited 17/06/22 03:10 AM by Jayden7676

If the tuner can't at least point you in the right direction mechanically or tune-related then I wouldn't be trusting them to tune my car going forward.

Also scan for codes. Wouldn't be surprised if limp mode is over Boost.
