Realistically to do aftermarket valves you'll be doing a full head recon with aftermarket valves, springs and retainers. To do that and get the head ready to fit, you'll be up for a few grand minimum. Add in a decent gasket and there's another $500 to $700. Stock turbo valves and stock head will be fine for 99% of applications. You don't bother with aftermarket unless you're chasing 1000kw+. Tl;dr: use stock valves unless aiming for the moon. Happy with keeping it with Stock ford ones but they are close to $100 each , or xr6t development sell a set for a couple hundred.

They can supply it cheaper too.
