In the poll, I chose the first weekend of may. Mainly because getting near the end creeps into the end of semester for my part time course. I need it for study. Typical me, leaving everything till the last minute But if another date is chosen, I will try to make it.

Surprisingly, almost every weekend is fine with me... but if we don't set a date soon my social director will start booking things for me!!!

Hi All,

sorry for the delay. I have looked at the votes and it looks at this stahe that we have the majority of the votes for the final weekend in May. Apologies for being away from the board for a couple of days. May 29/30 is the best looking date at this stage. I will plan to have some more info available in the next week or so and update the thread with a rough plan.
