How long would it take to get from Sydney to Nulkaba? I might drive up on Sunday AM to join in the cruise

Sydney is a big place and as I don't know where you're coming from, I can't say how long it will take you!

Lets say the bottom of the F3. Hornsby/Wahroonga area. Takes about 40 mins to get to Wyong, then about another 50 to get to Nulkaba, which is only 3km out of Cessnock town centre. You go thru the town then follow the road north out towards Branxton. The Brewery is on the RHS as you head out, just before the 80 sign.

So I guess allow about 1.5hrs from Hornsby at the legal limit! We will be doing a brewery tour at 9am for approximately 30 mins and leaving at 10am sharp.

I've scanned in a map of what I think is the rough area we'll be travelling in (organisers just tell me if this is wrong). It has the putty road, and everything towards the ocean. Also covers Camden, cambeltown and all of Sydney. For the canberra drivers, like myself, I think that after clearing the putty road, going through Penrith down Camden way would be the quickest and easiest (been quite a few years sisnce I driven the route though).

I will be going up to Nelson Bay on the Friday morning. On the Saturday I will most likely meet up with you all at the "Wyong stop" (which is only about 1hr 30min from Nelson bay). When Saturday's activities are finished, I will stay overnight at Nelson Bay, then meet up around about the accomodations you all will be staying at, which I should know the location of since on Saturday there will be a quick stop there. Total numbers unknown. Definitely Me my dad, my brother and possibly his Fiance. Total numbers unknown though... Dependent on other relo's cruising the Saturday with me or not...

Choosing a channel to use the CB's on, a few days before the cruise, would be good.

Alrighty. I've shuffled some stuff around and I'll definately be there on Sunday, there is a "Beer Fest" in Maitland on Saturday that I'm keen to check out ( ) but I'll meet everyone at Potters Sunday morning. I'll feel a bit out of place cause I'll be in my old Lancer (STILL don't have my T) haha. Are there any other non T drivers attending? Will I be the only one?

CRO: Yes, you can get to Nulkaba via the Putty road. How in the hell did you think we were getting to the Putty road from our accom on sat night? Flying? What are you smoking there mate?

TWINXRS: I expect to be back in Sydney by about 3pm. At least to the Windsor area by then. I am going home to the Central Coast via Wisemans Ferry.

KRASH: Your map looks the goods. Thanks. As accom is not required by you, total numbers are only estimated for the winery tour on Sat arvo. Read the first post for times to meet on sat at Wyong and sun at Nulkaba.
