Melissa (my wife) and I will be coming along and we are looking forward to it. My wife particularly, because she wants to see who these people are that I chat and go driving with all the time....

Count the Scootre family in for the Sunday but we won't need accomodation.

My missus works on a Saturday so we'll drive up there Saturday night and stay with Mr's Scootre's parents who live in the Hunter. So we'll meet you guys first thing Sun morning at your accomodation venue if that's OK.

Oh... I'll still meet with you guys on the Saturday morning because the Berowra meeting place is not far from home and I might drive part of the way with my 2 kids anyway. :w00t2:

I couldn't have planned the cruise better myself!

As far as numbers:

Scootre + Mrs Scootre + 2 scootrettes. (4 of us, but no accomodation needed).

Well done guys for organising this. Thanks.

Hi All,

I am travelling to the Hunter right now so I will report later tonight on the accomodation details so we can all start budgeting.

Could the appropriate people please update me with firm figures for the other events on the itinery. Then we can give people a firm cost for the weekend, less fuel, brakepads, tyre wear and loss of income due to being part of one of Australias biggest XR6Turbo.com piss-ups!

Andrew (who strangely enough, doesn't drink!)

4 adults thanks Andrew :w00t2:

As per Mr White Tee.

me and the feline will be there.... and if its half as good as the last, we'll all have a ball.

So to recap, a room and a very large bed please.......(with good springs) :w00t2::spoton:

see y'all then

Our close friends are having their bucks/hens weekend on the 29/30th :gooff: so we will have to bail out. We were not even considering this as a problem as their wedding is the 26/6, but it was the only weekend they could arrange.

I am happy to still halp with the winery tour if required, but there will be 2 less.

Sorry :crybaby:

The first post will be updated this afternoon with accom details. Please book yoursaelves in to the preffered accom and quote the reference details for the discounted rate.

It looks like we will have the place swarming with Ts that weekend. Two chicks that I met when I visited the other day INSISTED on being rostered that weekend to see the Ts, so I made Karen and Mr T stay in the car while I spoke to her...

More to come soon...

Kirsty is currently doing the ring around all the major wineries in the Hunter in the hope of possibly organising some group tours/tastings and anything else they are willing to throw in!

MS700,

can you please let me know by email or PM as to what has been finalised with anything here. We have another activity planned for 2.30 sat arvo, but a 1pm spot could be a goer.

thanks

Andrew
