Is 29 May confirmed ??? Need to get organised as there is a lot coming up.

If I can get a date ASAP I can bump other stuff as I will alwyas prefer a cruise to most ( certainly not all ) options.

White Tee, what on earth can be better than a cruise? Yes, May 29 30 is the weekend that your fellow members have chosen as the preffered weekend for the Hunter Valley Cruise. I will be doing a recce this week sometime and I will let you all know road conditions, route and activities later this week.

OK time to get confirmed attendance for the weekend. I am looking at the accom later this week and would like to be able to negotiate a good deal for us. Please let me know what your plans are here so I can setup the first post with updated info.

On another note, can a mod pls help me? I cannot edit the first post for some reason?

And last thing for now. This cruise will be the first one to use the newly created indemnity sheets. They will be signed by all drivers attending at the meeting point. No sign, No drive. Dont like it? Email me offline with your thoughts.

Kirsty is currently doing the ring around all the major wineries in the Hunter in the hope of possibly organising some group tours/tastings and anything else they are willing to throw in! :lol:

Accomadation needs to have a min queen bed, prefer king. Sorry to be a pain, but I am 6'5" and do not fit in double beds. :blink:
