the 2nd o2 sensor is basically only for emissions at the tailpipe purposes for the manufacturer to meet certain guidelines, so you don't need one.

Didn't thing a 2004 ba turbo has a post O2 sensor. Normally if it's had an aftermarket exhaust or a bf exhaust pit on that sensor hole just has a bunch in it anyway. 

 

Sure your not leaking fuel at all? Is the 30l going by dassh or actually working it out at fuel pump at servo?

 

Try disconnecting battery for 10 min then reconnect and go for a drive see how it is.

Hey mate yea that’s the actual fuel consumption of the car but I’ve resolved the issue, it ended up being 2 of the injectors were completely stuffed and the rest being some sh*ty eBay ones so got a new set of injector dynamics 1050’s and now runs perfect

lucky the flow rate etc is close enough to your original 1000's, eh... or did you get a tune to suit the 1050's?
