Before I go and get ripped off, do you guys have an idea of what this should cost me at a shop, parts and labour? Obviously not looking for precision here, just a bit of a guide.

Injectors

Fuel pump

High flow cat plus exhaust

Intercooler (I'm thinking stage 2 process west)

Battery relocation kit

High flow stock turbo

Anything else I should ask for in doing this?

I've already got billet gears for my oil pump and upgraded valve springs.

Two shops told me close to 10k so I'm not sure if that's for real because of covid tax. What do you guys think?

In an FG, you can get over 300 with just a fuel pump, 100cpsi cat and run it on E85 (plus a tune, of course)... but if you want to do it on 98 it's harder and you do need extra help.

Yes O.P you’re in the 10k mark easy for drive in drive out / supplied fitted

If I'm going to be spending 10k... how much more do you think I'll be up for if I set my sights on 400 instead of 300-350?

Tail Shaft?

ZF work?

I mean, if another few grand buys me an extra 100kw at the wheels... I'm sure I'll wish I did it anyway, especially if the price difference is just a few more months of saving...

The price won't really change much, just the turbo will be different.

But yeah zf won't be too happy with lots of wide open throttle shifts.

If you got heaps more money to spend, go for the 400 but don't think that it's only slightly more at 400 plus the standard drivetrain from gearbox back dosent really like it and you will incur costs.
