Can I top up the transmission oil

Car had a service 5000 ks ago noticed a small leak from what looks like the torque converter just a drip every time I drive it would it b ok just to add 250/500ml of oil don’t know how long it has bean doing it for don’t won’t to run it low and don’t want to pay for another service

I would top it up anyway and still go to a transmission place or mechanic to get it repaired as it's going to be more than a "service" to repair a leak in that area, at a minimum.
