It just stays on the face vents constantly. Both the heater and air conditioning work aswell as the dual zone feature. Has anyone encountered this issue before. Thanks for the help in advance :)

I know that the temperature controls have the rods that are known to snap but the air direction works sometimes not all the time so im not sure. Im guessing its the box in the center of the dash and the vents are stuck sometimes and doesnt change. Does anyone have a picture or know exactly how it works?
