Hi all, my bf falcon has started to have an issue where I cannot change the air direction from like face to feet or to the demister. It just stays on the face vents constantly. Both the heater and air conditioning work aswell as the dual zone feature. Has anyone encountered this issue before. Thanks for the help in advance :)

you'll probably need to remove the dash as one of the shafts that controls the direction either isn't getting signal or is not connected/broken.

Is there even a shaft that adjusts air direction? I know that the temperature controls have the rods that are known to snap but the air direction works sometimes not all the time so im not sure.

can't even remember for sure as it was so long ago I ripped out a dash to repair/replace a shaft haha... if it works sometimes it's more likely an electrical issue with the HIM

Its really annoying coz you can hear the him module moving as you select through the different modes. Im guessing its the box in the center of the dash and the vents are stuck sometimes and doesnt change. Does anyone have a picture or know exactly how it works?
