Hey All,

I recently bought an FG XR6 turbo and have started swapping bits over from my NA FG.

I noticed these shims behind the front upper control arm where it mounts to the chassis. [see pics]

Is this OEM or an aftermarket mod?

If it's aftermarket, does anyone know what brand and what suspension geometry it would affect? I'm presuming it would add positive camber.

never seen anything like it, so I'd have to say it's aftermarket. Previous owner probably had either a lot of camber or a lot of low or both.

Just did a bit of research and looks like a camber/caster adjustment kit.

Previous owner was QLD Police 😕

that's interesting... maybe there was a 2nd owner in between...

We sell them to a couple of tyre shops and a suspension place, mainly for falcon taxi's or high mileage falcons or lowered. Sometimes the factory alignment isn't perfect and needs these shims.
