(Do people still use that word!? Priceless... I'm more of a "choice, select or DeLux" man to describe anything sh*t!)

It's only gonna make a little bit more than before cos the injectors are almost out. I'm guessing it'll go 530awkw once I get another 20 litres of E85 into it. Haha we'll see!

I only wanted to check the fuel and it was hella rich. All I did was pull a bunch of fuel out of it and give it a couple of degrees. I left the boost alone for this session as it takes time to sort it out properly. I didn't want to get too hectic as it still has some 91 in it, so I left a couple of degrees out of it from the usual e85 numbers and left the fuel in the mid 11's. The knock detection was showing no sign of knock so I'm sure it would have tolerated more timing. In saying that, only picking up 13kw from 2 degrees tells me it is close to the edge of what it wants anyway. It started out out 425awkw. Then it picked up 25kw just going from mid 10's to low 11's. I pulled some more fuel to mid 11's and it went 462awkw. I added 2 degrees of timing and it went 475awkw. So at the end of all that I made 475awkw on 23 and a bit psi. Obligatory excuses...I'll get over 500 at the same boost level by pulling fuel out and adding timing, but that will wait until next time and more ethanol content. Haha don't mind the wobble in the graph aka sh*tty wg tuning, it is set up to run 20psi as per the previous graph, and just changing the desired boost to 23 the other day made it chuck a fit! I'll dial it in better, along with the timing and fuel when I get the time

I've got 3.5 bar minimum rail pressure with the car running at idle. I've just set the pressure to 4 bar and I'll get it on the dyno for a quick check. Then pack up, head home and have a beer. Pics later.

The injectors are well and truly out and the plug gaps need tightening. Heh I'm going home for a beer I reckon!

Kept the stock feed, chopped off the reg assy, welded a little pipe onto the end and welded a dash 8 in the middle of the rail. I used a "y" piece so I could keep the quick connect for the feed and ran a longer piece of hose to the quick connect for the return. Here's a pic Here's a pic of the hectic dyno run. It isn't perfect that's for sure, as the plugs weren't entirely happy but I'll post it up anyway.
