BeerTurbo Donating Members 240 Member For: 6y 6m 6d Posted 31/01/21 11:46 PM Share Posted 31/01/21 11:46 PM so that would be an8/10mm line... so I guess you would twin entry an8's and an10 return? but it would depend on your FPR. do you have both pumps full time? cause that's alot of fuel...or did you work out the boost referenced seciond pump/checkvalve/way of setup? If the return is a restriction I'll upgrade that then. They are both on at same time at the moment. Now that they are on dedicated separate circuits I can trigger one through the pcm to come on as needed. I'll get onto it one day.

For info speedflow weld on an fittings match falcon fuel rail diameter perfectly. Be sure to remove all solder and zinc if your gonna tig it as any little bit will f@ck it from experience.

With the fuel rail, what if I leave the feed stock and just remove the stock return assy from the rail and chuck a -8 there to fit a fpr2000 to the end of the rail??? As is, it is currently bypassing nearly 17 litres a minute at idle with the stock setup, albiet with a plugin fpr800. Haha I checked it on Sunday My thinking is that there is no shortage of fuel, so a single reg that can bypass enough fuel should do the trick. I also think that I'll likely have to get a reg of that size anyway, so apart from a bit of time it wont involve any wasted money if it doesn't work out. I've got several rails here so it's not a big deal to do some r&d. I'm still interested in others opinions though

There doesn't seem to be enough room for a reg at the end of the rail. I'm thinking... leave the stock feed, cut and shut the quick disconnect from another stock feed to the opposite end of the rail to make it twin feed and then do a dash 8 fitting in the top middle of the rail and then return it however to the stock return line. Anyhow that's what I reckon, unless I think of something better.
