What size turbine housing are you using for the 7675?
I know @Grego.77 had a PT6266 (or 6466?) with internal gate and the first tune from CV Performance on 98oct was 450 ish kw. They just jammed 30 psi in it (plus it was fat as in the AFR) and told him to I <3 Bananas off! That's when he went to CMS.
His engine had higher CR due to machinists screwing up...

Fark me it was hot today but I made some good progress.

Got the dump made with a nb bung and a vband half way down for ease of removal. Got the cat vbanded at the front and finished the whole dump/cat/exhaust mods. Well I've gotta do some clearancing and some heat shielding but that's it for now.

Got the wg flange welded on and frigged with the wg to get springs sorted and nipples pointed the right way. Was gonna run a 10psi spring to start with but decided on a 7 and a 10 for 17psi gate pressure. We'll see how that goes lol.

Got the water lines run and various other farkery that a turbo install entails.

So yerp just gotta do the oil feed and drain and run the hot side cooler piping, then I can get it on the dyno.

Anyhow that's about it. Pics will come later cos I cbf taking them today.

Actually here's a couple of pics

I get my heat shielding from the wreckers. Territory or falcon at the rear floor has large flat sections of it. The dudes looked at me weirdly the first time and said just take it! It was $10 the next visit so I "borrowed" a few more items...

There's a bunch of it at work left over from a previous turbo install so I'll get jiggy with that. I think I'll weld nuts to the dump and use little bolts to hold it in place. It'll give me an air gap and should be kinda neat looking.

Aeroflow 7675 with 1.15 rear housing is fitted to the 6boost manifold with custom 4 inch turbo back exhaust.

Haven't really done any tuning yet but have the base wg duty at 20% and desired boost at 20psi. It still needs more duty to get to 20psi and with 0 duty it ran 18psi. Thank fark for that!

It gets full boost by about 3500rpm so that's good. It's not lazy off boost either which is also good.

Will have it on the dyno tomorrow to see what it'll do on 98.

Haha it's got a screamer for now so it's all kinds of noisy!

Anyhow I'm shagged and it's beer o'clock so yerp... time for a beer :drinks:

Yeah I wondered if you had an internal or external gate so that confirms that!

My car is running rich atm (LTFT is pulling 15-20%). I'm driving the car daily now on short runs to and from the hospital (5km max each way) so I think I'll swap the O2 for a new one at some point and reflash the tune. The idle seems very low now in the high 500rpm range so shakes the drivers mirror so bad I'm surprised it's still attached lol.
Keep the info coming no matter how small as it keeps me happy at the current time. We need engine bay pics also man as you are killing us....

Does SA not celebrate Australia Day!?

Tuned it this morning. I settled on 401awkw on 19psi.

Haha the boost control is a bit finicky and I had to think outside the box to get it somewhat normal, but it's not too bad now.

looks like it ramps up hard once it eventually spools and bam... good control there to only a bump over 20psi then steady on 19-20psi haha
