power steering crossmember clamp

Need help with my xr6 turbo power steering line. I cant get the clamp undone holding the lines to crossmember. Need to replace high pressure hose have the bolt off holding it to crossmember but cant get clamp holding lines together off

which specific part are you talking about in this diagram?

 

 

if you mean the one directly underneath the turbocharger (the one marked with 8.9Nm/12.1Nm there), I believe there's a nut/screw in there, but it was a long time ago I did it, so I can't remember specifically.

That bracket above the rack in diagram its attached to the crossmember ive undone that but cant undo clamp holding lines together

 

Yea the one your talking about. Its got like a hole as big as a flat head. Ive undone bolt holding ot to to crossmember but csnt undo the clamp to get hose out

it's just a piece of metal outer with some plastic inside it holding the lines in place... getting the lines out of the metal frame is just a matter of applying force in the right way.
