Had it since October and I'm loving it.. and the mates love it just as much!.. Well I hope to be chatting through these forum's with you guys for a while now! I'll be posting up some pics when I figure it out Pete GEEZER.Just a word of caution.... Have you removed the TURBO badge from the rear?I think there is a power to weight restriction on P plate drivers in Victoria, so it doesn't take a bright cop to know you're not legit if there's a P plate and a TURBO badge on the car.cheers, and enjoy the forum.tom Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/9570-loving-the-new-xrt-life/page/2/#findComment-99936 Share on other sites

Guest GEEZER Guests Posted 11/03/04 11:46 AM Share Posted 11/03/04 11:46 AM Thanx for the very warm welcome ppl! Just to recap on the whole cop thing.. I've only been pulled over once.. my own stupidity really.. launched off the lights to the speed limit (luckily) and they came out of some corner god knows where! but yea.. been driving next to them been driving past them.. been on every angle of the coppers.. obviously they're not very bright fellas (I hope theres no cop T drivers, sorry if there is lol)Miyagi! Love the grill mate.. sounds like a plan.. I was actually thinking of putting the turbo badge in the bottom right side of the grill (near the ford badge).. the way the mesh is cut though seems a bit hard to do... might test it out see how it looks. And Yes I am looking at getting the tint done!.. The ford dealer gave me some bull about only we can do the tint because the aerial is on the window.. so u cant get it any darker than that.. plus I'm sure theres better deals than $500 for tint! And all you other P plater blokes.. who are in melbourne.. or if ya bored and from another state.. come down to melbourne and we'll have a cruise just for kicks lol..To all you blokes who own your own T congrats to u all.. I was expecting nothing less than a few daddy's car cheap shots.. no drama at all!
