Gee some of you guys get on the turps something fierce. The worst one for me was a bottle of sljivovice (Cro would know what I'm talking about) with a mate at a 21st. I found out later it was around >60% potent as my uncle had distilled it in his garage. Backyard ethnic moonshine lol evil stuff

It's like bloody water, I can and have downed 4 bottles and still be alive...

needless to say this was at the end of a rather spirited night of drinking, so I was ggooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnee, didn't eat for days.

We all decided to borrow at the time, Dads brand spanking EA Falcon, and go see Bon Jovi at Eastern Creek. The concert got virtually rained out, so we went to Panthers. None of us know how we got back to the hotel room. We all went to a chew-and-spew in Chinatown, all spewed, and crashed dads car on the way home! Punctured the radiator, so dad had to come up from ACT to Sydney with a car trailer and tow us home.....

This wasn’t Kruskovac type brand you can get from the shop. This was a backyard special lol. Mind you the $10+k fine these days has stopped the production of a lot of this stuff.

Went to a mates place for newyears in 1982,SWMBO was up the duff with nr 1..pissed off cant drink.This mate was a real scab ,scrooge.Drank the beers Id brought along so we started on the punch he had made,It had a bottle of backardy rum,shmirnoff vodka and the other usuall crap in there"this is as weak as p!ss" (stirring him up,scab) so he poured another vodka bottle in" that's more like it".The wrestling started christ knows when, nearly broke his freaken neck (they tell me) had him in a head lock and wouldnt let go,that's when the two wifes bolted out of the joint,woke up in the loung thirsty as hell, go to fridge ..do you think I would drink the coke.. oh no,thers a bottle of wine there, right; fix you you poxy scab,so I drank it ,some white crap.

THEN getting woken up by SWNBO on the loung floor,my freaking head(not to mention the grazed forehead,blood) the thirst,the naging,go to have a smoke,lite it ,couldnt even have a drag on it

put it out .allmost a new packet of marlboro chuked them to my mate (you allways took a couple of packets of fags when you went to a show in those days,all the shops were closed at 10 pm)

And that was that ,never looked at smoking again..I was crook for a few days after that,cant even see the scares any more.

so if you want to give up the fags

6 pack of beer minimum

punch 2 bottles vodka

1 bottle rum

1 bottle white wine (guzzled out of the bottle)

1 nagging SWMBO

I can guarentee you wont look at another *beep* again,or cigarette for that matter.

Nah mate, I never drink the stuff out of the bottleshop, tastes crap.

Backyard stuff is the best, and your damn right about the fine. My families best source of the stuff got fined...

Cro,ever tried the Litho drink Krupnikas? also known as Krupp.

Fermented from honey and christ knows what else.The Lithos in Sydney had a Krupp club,some d!ckhead would yell out compulsory,and everone would have to skoll their drinks in hand.
