Ba Xr6t cutting out

Hi guys I have a nice little 05 Ba Xr6t ute with 130km on the clock. 
It was cutting out when I bought it at 4000rpm running A “tuned” 15psi. 
Since then I have had the actuator taken out and replaced with a stock one, boost dropped To 8psi. Was running fine for a month. It then dropped psi to a low 3.5Psi and kept cutting out. 
I put it into another ford garage in feb to have whatever the issue was fixed. They changed the actuator solenoid,actuator and installed a boost T. No boost leaks. 8psi.
It ran great until about a week ago. When running like crap It won’t build boost properly, cuts out but goes into either limp mode or what it did with the actuator problem. On the Ngauge before it throws the code “P1228”/wastegate code it was hitting 8/10 psi and goes like the clappers. When it’s not building boost etc it’s only going to 5psi. 
 

we are thinking the wastegate is getting stuck open aswell as another actuator issue and possibly not getting enough fuel. 
 

thoughts? At my wits end!

sounds like ignition coils or valve springs going soft.

It started doing all this when the spark plugs and coils were changed, I had them gapped but someone else mentioned they may not have gapped them correctly. Will get someone else this weekend to check them out

if they were changed to non-OEM coils, then that could be your poblem

 

also if you're running north of 10psi you need at most a 0.8mm spark plug gap.
