yes, we talk rear wheel kW (or rwkw) here unless it's an AWD territory and then it's awkw haha

your tuner might require you to do certain things, like fuel reg, fuel lines, fuel filter, surge tank etc etc before they'll allow you to reach certain numbers.

yes, anything over about 320-350 is pushing the stock internals quite a bit, but with a safe enough tune you can run that for quite a long time. Build for it to break at some point if you're over 300rwkw on skinny BA rods.

not exactly... are you hearing run-down noises coming directly from the turbo? that's not a good sign for the life of the turbocharger, if it's touching the housing sides or has bearing noises.

You can check it easy enough by taking the air intake off the front of the turbo and spinning the core by hand... you'll hear scraping noises from the bearings if they're stuffed. Also you'll be able to push/pull lightly on the core to see if there's too much backwards/forwards shaft play and also if you push it lightly side to side, is the metal able to touch the housings? if any of these are more than they should be, the turbo could be on the way out (and you wouldn't be the first person with turbo issues after installing an Antz, if that's the case).

Lol I think that guy had other issues going on with the car or the installation! I just grabbed an Antz kit and was pretty impressed - there is literally nothing there that could an issue to the turbo, although admittedly I opted to get my own K&N pod as I didn't really know how good or otherwise the supplied one was.
@Blaze657 I put the kit in last week, so happy to answer any questions on plumbing stuff or take photos of what I have connected where.
