XR6T rebuild

Hi guys am looking for some advice on rebuilding my Fg mk2 turbo, nothing is wrong yet but I would like to take it to around 600rwhp and don’t want to start destroying anything strait away 

already have 430hp @ 15psi on the wheels from the following mods

- plazmaman 800hp intercooler kit

- plazmaman air box/battery relocation

- plazmaman bov 

- crow cam valve springs

- Xr6 development catch can 

- venom dump and high flow cat

- Bosch 1000cc injectors

- PCMTEC tune and gearbox tune

- truetrack center for the diff

so what’s everyone else done to reach the 600hp mark 

am also wanting to build the zf to take more punishment

budget is 20k

you've basically maxed out the turbocharger (430hp is about 320kW, as we all use kW here) so getting further is going to require significant expense in changing turbo etc.

 

600hp is about 450kW, so to get there you're pushing the stock ZF gearbox to about it's factory limit, but if you want to build the ZF you can aim for more than 450rwkW.
