It almost sounds like valves ticking it is a repetitive metallic sound . I am sure that it’s coming from the ps pump. That’s what I’m hoping, if not if it is there is something seriously wrong with the motor. That asside, This noise is some times not noticeable on start up when cold though once warm it starts. The noise will disappear or at least quieten down while the steering is being turned depending on the force applied to the wheel. Everything works perfectly fine, power steering fluid is full and no excessive noise from engine when driving. Has anyone else had this issue.? Nick leighton New Member 10 Member For: 5y 30d Posted 06/02/20 09:48 AM Author Share Posted 06/02/20 09:48 AM So what turns the shaft if the bearings in the pully?
