Sweet Red had her 15,000ks service a few weeks ago and the only thing to report was that it had apparently used about 500mls 1/2 a litre of oil over those kms (out of around 7 litres so they tell me) big deal.Great to hear Rob, apart for the oil consumption the 'Fox' is still an amazing car, and so much fun to drive. Had her nearly 12 months now and still get heaps of thumbs up's, admiring nods and comments like, "Awesome car man", "Love your GT mate" etc; The only negative comment was...."You've got a very distinctive car there, if I catch you again I'll book ya!" The brake squeal fix has worked completely, the replacement pads are fantastic, No more cringing every time you pull up at the lights. The Premium brakes do perform quite adequately, glad I did'nt shell out the extra for the Brembos.I will test drive the F6 when my dealer gets one in, or if hypnodoc is kind to me (hint, hint) but there is no way I will part with the Fox........yet!!! There is also a marked drop in dust from these pads too. The way your going with the GT Rick, I reckon a drive of her will be more exhilarating than the F6 mate! Also as Redhawk pointed out the brake dust has reduced significantly.
