k31th less WHY; more WOT Site Developer 29,014 Member For: 16y 7m 23d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 05/01/20 12:40 AM Share Posted 05/01/20 12:40 AM you can probably get into around 400-450rwkw with those mods. injectors are the weak point for further power goals. you don't need a flex fuel sensor if you're sticking with the stock ECU as you'll get an E85 tune or a 98 tune or in between the two at a specific ratio of the two... and you don't really need to replace the ECU at all as that's only for the most extreme of applications or specific goals. the 60mm wastegate is also large for the specific setup you've got, but no big deal there as it'll control boost still. Change the 1000 to 1300 or 1700. Tell the tuner your final power goal and he will advise on which to get. With those mods and E85 you will go close to 500rwkw. Bigger injectors will push it further. If you are changing head gasket may as well change head studs. factory ecu is fine. Stage the surge tank pumps with pressure switch (hobbs switch).
