Its just the luck of the draw with second hand parts. If the head is cracked just whack on the other one it will be fine and it could just be a 10yr old gasket. You have just been unlucky that's all. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/95394-my-long-term-tidy-up/page/53/#findComment-1703560 Share on other sites

Looks to be an old style pw tank Can this support my power level? Maybe even throw a new pump at it. https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/kearns/other-parts-accessories/ford-falcon-ba-bf-xr6-turbo-f6-process-west-surge-tank/1268946899 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/95394-my-long-term-tidy-up/page/53/#findComment-1703603 Share on other sites

I can't exactly figure out what its for because it looks like everything will mount up and plumb into the stock lines. No information on torque specs supplied for the head studs but I watched the clip of scotty doing up his barra and he did 3 steps to 135nm. Should be sweet? Still waiting on a message back from dominator for confirmation. ARP has lots of info on their website. Edit: maybe that was the main studs lol.
