Just check those plastic lines from the module that go down the side of tank into the main steel lines while you are there. Also check they are on the right ones as well. When I first got my car the return line was going into the vent (middle) plug in the module.

Felt a very slight miss fire this morning.. Sitting at the car at idle and you could feel it by the seat of the pants.. Fearing the worst I pulled the plugs and did a comp test 200psi on all cylinders so ruled out any damage.

Poked around the inlet manifold thinking maybe I have missed something when I did the engine swap but everything looked ok.

I did however notice that it appears the injectors have not been fitted properly with the last 2 having a different type of spacer which is blue and no clips. Pretty concerning that 6 injectors can't be fitted correctly.

Finally on the way home as I was pulling up in my street the check engine light came on. Odd as coils aren't old and plugs are fresh. Next step is to swap the coil with another cylinder and see if the problem moves.

While I'm at it, fresh plugs will go in. Is it still gas plugs with e85? 7a6b06fb6b5a45c2182ece997e1a2ca2.jpg3bf1bc44caf07a9d38334589622d32b2.jpg51be1c9ba3fc5fea05ca1e148e306290.jpg

They are fitted correctly. A different colour spacer means nothing and the stock clips don't fit aftermarket spacers.

Picked up some fresh plugs and threw them in. Also replaced the pcv with a metal version for no good reason.

So I can 100% confirm its not a spark issue. Swapping coils didnt help and when I pull the coil up a little I can hear it sparking good and proper. Pulled number 5 plug and it was wet.. Ok I thought maybe dud plug so put the new one in and sure enough on the road test the missfire is still present.

Thinking next step is to test the injectors maybe try listen to them with a stethoscope and test resistance. It might even be clogged. After that I will be out of ideas as there appears to be no electrical/wiring issue present.

The coils are genuine Ford coils that I fitted around a year or so ago. I switched them with another cylinder and still had 5 misfire but also for good measure I had my old turbo coils (which were working fine at the time) to test as well. Im certain its not a spark issue. Plugs are bf egas BKR6EIX-P.
