So "safest" isn't an option. 270ish just some injectors, fuel pump and a dump/cat will get you there. A little less risk than 300. Should go injectors, cat, larger cooler, fuel pump and tune. Should see 280. That will be a big step up from stock. What state you in. Get a package from a tuner.
