Turns out they jump started it across the battery terminals directly and instantly my AC blower fan stopped working (on a 38C day before a 7hr drive). When I got home I pulled the fan out and the plug was BURNED + fused to the fan socket. I got a replacement fan and it worked fine (AC, heater etc) for 2 weeks but burned out again... Any ideas what could cause this?
