I was trying a different XEDE version that I picked up on my hols in Qld 4 weeks ago, to test the difference in idling. I did only 4 cold starts with it in Sydney, and it was fine starting. I just drove it to Sydney, then down to Melbourne, and just took it easy. It was not retuned in Qld.I was not too concerned, as the Motec was just about to be fitted. bcl Toughest BA Turbo Lifetime Members 3,408 Member For: 22y 4m 5d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 06/11/04 11:26 AM Share Posted 06/11/04 11:26 AM It will be ready sometime soon.I'm more pre-occupied with my new 2.5 litre motor in my Sti that I got back yesterday; unbelievable off the mark even with a big turbo and a base tuning map, and another 7lb boost to put into it yet.As for my Ford, we'll probably run it at low power levels to start, then build it up as I get used to it, assuming the drivetrain holds up to the task.
