about 300-320rwkw, the limit of the new 6-speeds clutch...

basically with a big 'cooler, injectors and computer (bossedit) this can be achieved, according to Nizpro...

Dave.

Lets see

Intercooler $2000

Chip $1400

Injectors $690...............or if you go Eugenes $430

Exhaust $1200

= $5290............................................$5030

What's the other 3k for :spit:

the nizpro kit doesn't include an exhaust, they think the factory exhaust is good enough for 320rwkws...but they do have a different inlet manifold top...

but yeah I see your point, it seems a bit steep!

Dave.

ECU Edit = $1400 yet to be confirmed + no data to confirm performance only speculation :gooff:

Exede or EMS $1600 fitted and tuned approx

Intercooler = $1200 + intake pipe similar to mine

Eugene Injectors = $430

Defilipo Exhaust or equivellent = $1700

Valve Springs + Fitting = $780

CAI = $100 similar to Geea's

Fuel pump = $250

Total = $6060 approx depending on ECU choice

If you don't want to go for the exhaust. = $4350

You probably should at least consider a bigger Cat for that power level

Should give you 330 - 360+ rwkw

Still leaves $4000 for trans upgrade.

Starts to add up which ever way you look at it :gooff:

320+ rwkw can still be done for under $6000

yeah that's what I had in mind, Nizpro said that I don't need a fuel pump for that level of power, nor an exhuast. They also said that valve springs aren't need either!

so basically the idea is:

bossedit - $1400

intercooler (APS/Nizpro) - $1800

Injectors - $430

2nd CAI ala F6 - $100

Filter - $170

Valve springs - $780

----------------------------

$4680

the gearbox shouldn't need doing, nor the clutch...

Funny they told me that I needed valve springs. I have 260 rwkw and they, Recommend that they are done before I try for 300+. I also think that a bigger fuel pump, also bigger cat would be good insurance.

I don't think that I would go above 280 rwkw without some work to the clutch or Auto. I have an auto in mine and I feel that at my current power level, it is really stuggling to cope.

yeah dude for sure, clutch and auto upgrade are needed above 260rwkws with the old T-5 and 4-speed auto, but the new 6-speed has a much bigger clutch...

I think this combo should work. I would definately get a bigger fuel pump though. I'd also look at making the exhaust flow better too.

Not sure about 360rwkw's though but it should be good for 300-330rwkw's. It would all depend on the dyno too, they all read different.

well Simon from Nizpro said the factory pump is plenty big enough and would have no worrys running it at 350rwkws reliably....

I bought a set of centre pipes of JB for the exhaust.

I only really want to run about 300-320rwkws....even that is going to be a handful.

Dave.
