K4L4M1TY Member 32 Member For: 6y 7d Posted 07/09/19 01:16 PM Share Posted 07/09/19 01:16 PM (edited) Hey guys, in the process of replacing my bf centre diff bush and at the point of reinstalling the bolt but I'm a bit wary as the bolt seems really hard to tighten up after just a couple turns. Was able to get the first few turns by hand so I know it's not cross threading and there was a ton of red loctite on the bolt so cleaned it up but still seems like it's taking too much to tighten up. It's possible there's a build up of red loctite residue in the diff hat thread or I could just be soft, unless you guys can confirm that it is actually a very tight tolerance bolt?
