All I've heard about them so far is that one guy removed his and later tried to take his wheels off and they were kinda fused to the hub and were mega hard to get off. He put his dust covers back on. I'm keeping mine till I get more feedback on this. The other alternative is to get them cut down as their dust retention abilities are fairly moot, but their job as a spacer may be needed maybe.
