Was it 2017 we were all beaten by the key pickup safety box out the front of the hotel?

We were doing it wrong?

Nice @El Andrew

I've added @civillian to the Maybe's - he would like to work out logistics of acquiring e85 in the areas.  Any of the Snowy Mountain locals reading this - if you know please post up :beerchug:

Just did some checking and can't find any in Tumut or Jindabyne. A bootful of jerry cans might be the only way.

Edit: hadn't refreshed and seen Keith's post. Haha yep you'd almost need a support car with a trailer full of jerry cans!

closest E85 is Wagga Wagga. (to Tumut)

https://www.unitedpetroleum.com.au/store/united-wagga-wagga/

approx 1hr15m drive.

https://www.google.com.au/maps/dir/122+Hammond+Avenue,+East+Wagga+Wagga+NSW+2650,+Australia/Tumut+NSW/@-35.1984785,147.6588108,11z/

figure out how much that'd deplete your tank... then add however much to get to about 1.5-2ish full tanks of E85 that you'd probably need to do the driving we do on the 2nd main day of the trip to get to Jindy through the snowy mountains.

then plus enough to get you to Wodonga West to refuel up from Jindy...

https://www.unitedpetroleum.com.au/store/united-wodonga-west/

then to do day 4 you'd probably need 2 more tanks of E85.
